Spicy Chicken Wings
Never eat them when you are breastfeeding. Emily has been upset all day and she hasn't pooped since this morning. Wait, no there she goes. Hallelujah! Ok, she's still upset. Why do I get the feeling I'm not going to get much sleep tonight?

Hope she is feeling better! Nothing worse than a miserable baby. Poor little thing.
I know the feeling. Sometimes I eat spicy food anyway, and prepare myself for two loud/sleepless days.
