That's Right, Matthew's latest Soccer game ended, once again in victory for the Jacksonville Hurricanes (his team) and he scored 3 of the goals today!
His first two were kinda "just there" goals, but his last one, he got the ball down near his own goal, and on a fast break took it to the other end of the field with amazing hustle and control. It was AWESOME! Soon after the goal Sarah turns to me and says, I wish I'd taped this. Alas his moment in the spotlight has been forever lost to posterity, and shall only reside in our fevered minds.
The game went MUCH more smoothly than the last game we were at, and it seemed to go much more quickly. Sarah and I being the "Wonder Parents" that we are brought the snacks, and at Matthew's behest we brought Oreos (mini) and Gatorade and the kids LOVED them!
